How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
After you inquire, you'll receive a short questionnaire so I can get a better feel for your wedding day, vision, and priorities. Once I confirm your date is available and receive your completed questionnaire, I'll send over a custom quote for your wedding coverage.
2. Sign Contract
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll receive a contract and invoice to officially reserve your date. Both the bride and the groom will need to sign the contract, and a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
3. The Big Day
On your wedding day, my focus is on capturing everything as it naturally unfolds while keeping things running smoothly and stress-free. We'll stick to the plan we've created together so you can stay present, enjoy your people, and fully soak in the day while I document it all.
4. Photos & Prints
You can expect your full gallery within 6-8 weeks. Your images will be delivered through a digital Pixieset gallery with unlimited downloads for easy sharing and printing. If your package includes a photo album, it will be designed and delivered within the same timeframe, plus production and shipping time.

Do you travel?
Absolutely! I photograph weddings, portraits, and events throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Travel within my standard service area is included. Weddings and events outside of that area may incur a custom travel fee, which will always be discussed upfront -- no surprise costs.
What is your delivery timeline?
You'll receive a selection of sneak peek images within 72 hours of your wedding. Your full, professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
What is your payment schedule?
A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Payments may be made at any time leading up to the final due date.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Start by submitting an inquiry through my booking page. You'll be able to check my availability or request your wedding date if it isn't listed. After reviewing your questionnaire, I'll send a personalized quote within 24 hours. Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send your contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the signed contract and retainer are received.
Can I add more coverage later?
Yes! Additional wedding day coverage may be added before or during your wedding, subject to availability. Extra coverage is $300 per hour and will be invoiced separately. Any additional coverage must be paid in full before your final gallery is delivered.
Do you help create our wedding day timeline?
Absolutely! Once your wedding is booked, I'll work with you to create a photography timeline that keeps your day flowing smoothly while allowing plenty of time for the moments that matter most. My goal is to help you feel relaxed, present, and able to fully enjoy your wedding day.
How many photos will I receive?
Every wedding is unique, so I don't guarantee a specific number of images. Instead, I carefully hand-edit and deliver every meaningful photo that meets my quality standards, ensuring your gallery tells a complete story of your wedding day.
Are engagement sessions included?
Engagement sessions are included with the You're So Golden and Diamonds Forever wedding collections. If you've selected the Classic Pearl collection, an engagement session can be added separately as an enhancement.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine, your wedding day will be beautiful! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll adjust our plans as needed by using covered locations, indoor spaces, or embracing the rain for romantic one-of-a-kind portraits. I'll work with you to ensure your day is documented beautifully, no matter the forecast.
